PROJECT PISCATAWAY
Let Your Home Be a Journey Of Discovery
Our clients wanted their home to feel calm and collected at first glance, but as you spend more time in each seat, you start to discover unintentional delights - mixed patterns, travel treasures, and the little details that actually tell the their family’s unique story. The design changes depending on where you sit. Each chair offers a different perspective of the backyard and room itself - if you stay long enough, you might catch a fox on the move or hummingbirds at the window.
This project is a masterclass in eclectic interior design, drawing deep inspiration from the tranquil, impressionist beauty of a Monet-inspired garden. By establishing a foundation of stillness and layering it with organic movement, we created a calm and collected environment that shuns traditional single focal points in favor of a discovery-led layout. The space is intentionally designed to lead the eye naturally from room to room, utilizing muted color palettes, found antique furnishings, and symmetrical furniture arrangements to maintain an atmosphere of relaxing simplicity. The home’s character emerges through a sophisticated juxtaposition of old-world charm and edgy modern accents, layering welcoming, minimalist elements with intentional delights: including custom ceiling murals, mixed fabric patterns, and unexpected pops of color, to ensure a unique experience in every room. Vintage and custom furnishings are layered throughout, each selected for its character, texture, and soul. The result is a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
