Our Design-Only interior design service helps homeowners design a whole new room without the need for procurement services. Corinne Victoria Design provides the overall design vision, plans & elevations, furniture, fixture, and finish selections along with 2D renderings, and links to shop. We create the design, you make it a reality at your own pace!
This service can be implemented in-person or virtually.
*Starting per-room investment for materials, furnishings, and decor. This does not include labor or design fees.

Discovery Call
Every project starts with a 15 minute initial phone call to get a sense of what you are looking for in your project and decide whether Full-Service Design is the best fit.
Initial Consultation
This step is required at the beginning of every project. During this virtual (in-person for all projects within 30 miles of Arlington, VA) meeting, we will spend 2 hours assessing the project further, brainstorm design ideas, review service offerings, and helping to get an estimate of how much things are going to cost. CVD will be able to offer to suggestions, tips, and ideas to move forward with whether that be with Corinne Victoria Design, someone else, or your contractor.
Contract & Deposit
At the end of the consult, we’ll now know which service model is the best fit for your project and we will review that process, pricing, and contract together. If your project is a fit, we will send over a proposal, initial investment estimate, and contracts for signature.
Design Phase
The design process is split up into two phases, Concept Design and Detailed Design. We kickoff each project with a conceptual Brainstorming meeting to get to know you, your family, you style, and all your desires! The design phase takes a minimum of 8 weeks and can be done completely virtually.
Implementation Phase
Procurement and project management services are not included with Design Only projects. You will be purchasing the furnishings and executing the design at your own pace.
*Implementation services are available at an hourly rate if you need help placing orders, tracking deliveries, resolve deficiencies, returns, styling, and questions during the Implementation Phase.
